HEALTH DATA AND PERFORMANCE TRACKING CONSENT — CHEGA+

Version 1 — in force from September 20, 2026. This page explains, in plain language, which health data the Chega+ app reads from your smartwatch, why, when, who sees it and how you turn it off. It complements section 6 of the Privacy Policy, which remains the complete document.

1. WHAT PERFORMANCE TRACKING IS

1.1 Performance tracking is optional and comes switched off. To switch it on, you give a specific consent, on its own screen inside the app, with version and date recorded. We keep the history of the times you granted and revoked that consent, as proof that it existed.

1.2 With tracking on, the app measures your physical activity during your group's matches and turns the measurements into performance indicators: distance, speed, sprints, heat map, heart rate, effort zones and estimated calories.

2. WHAT WE READ FROM HEALTH CONNECT (ANDROID) AND APPLE HEALTH (IPHONE)

2.1 If you use a compatible smartwatch and authorise the reading, the app reads from your device's health app — Health Connect on Android and Apple Health (HealthKit) on iPhone — only the data types below, and each one has a single purpose:

a) Heart rate: to calculate effort zones and calories burned during the match.

b) Exercise session: to identify the workout that corresponds to the match and trim the reading to its duration.

c) Exercise route (GPS recorded by the watch): to build the heat map of how you moved on the pitch when the watch is the source of position.

d) Steps: to estimate your effort when the watch records no GPS.

2.2 To calculate effort zones and calories we also use your date of birth, because those estimates depend on age. Without it, we show only the heartbeats.

2.3 When you connect a smartwatch, we store its model name and which sensors it offers (GPS and heart rate), to know what can be measured and to show the source of the data on screen. When you disconnect the watch in the app, that record is deleted.

3. WHEN WE READ

3.1 Reading happens only in the window around the match time: during and right after it. We do not read your health history outside that period and we read nothing while tracking is off.

3.2 The raw heartbeat readings and the GPS coordinates are not stored. They are used for the calculation and discarded. What we keep are the resulting numbers and the heat map, which contains only positions relative to the midpoint of your own movement in that match, with no geographic coordinate.

4. WHY THIS IS SENSITIVE DATA AND WHAT THE LEGAL BASIS IS

4.1 Heart rate, effort zones and calories concern your health and are therefore sensitive personal data. The legal basis for processing them is your specific and highlighted consent, in the manner of art. 11, I, of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Without that consent, these data are not collected.

4.2 Consent may be revoked at any time, and revoking is as easy as granting. Revocation applies from then on and does not make unlawful what was done while the consent existed.

5. WHO SEES YOUR DATA

5.1 When your Group is PRO, or when you are a Player Partner, the other Members of that Group see your performance indicators, including your heart rate, your effort zones, your calories and the heat map. Outside those conditions, nobody but you has access.

5.2 Today it is not possible to measure without displaying: if you do not want that sharing with your Group, keep tracking off.

6. WHAT WE NEVER DO WITH HEALTH DATA

6.1 We never use health data for advertising, marketing or product offers, and we never sell, rent or transfer it. Data read from Health Connect and HealthKit is never used for those purposes and is not shared with third parties for them.

6.2 Heartbeat readings, effort zones and calories stay only in our databases. To the usage measurement service we send only technical metadata of the session — whether tracking was on, how long it lasted, how many GPS points and how many heartbeat readings were collected, whether the upload failed and what kind of device was used — never your performance numbers nor the readings themselves. Raw readings are automatically removed from our technical logs and error reports.

7. HOW TO TURN OFF, REVOKE AND DELETE

7.1 Turn off tracking and revoke consent: in the app, under Profile, then Permissions, and tap Location or Health to open the performance tracking screen.

7.2 Withdraw the read permission on the device: on Android, in the Health Connect app, under App permissions, Chega+; on iPhone, under Settings, Health, Data Access & Devices, Chega+. Without the permission, the app reads nothing, even with tracking on.

7.3 Delete only the performance data, without deleting the account: in the app, under Profile, then Account. Performance data is kept until you delete it or delete the account; it does not expire on its own. When you delete the account, all your tracking data and its technical diagnostics are deleted with it.

7.4 You may ask for a copy of your performance data through the channels in section 1 of the Privacy Policy, and we send it in a readable format.
