Chega+

CHEGA+ TERMS OF USE

Version 2 — in force from September 2, 2026. This version fully replaces the previous one.

Welcome to Chega+.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a contract between you and CHEGAMAIS PROVEDOR DE CONTEUDO LTDA (“Chega+”, “we”), and govern the use of the Chega+ app, the chegamais.app website and all related services (together, the “Platform”).

Chega+ is an app to help organize amateur football groups (“pelada”, a Brazilian pickup game) with friends or with other people who want to play. It exists to keep those groups active and organized and to encourage people to play sports.

By creating an account, by using the Platform or by continuing to use it after a change to these Terms, you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We know that reading a contract is tiring. We wrote this document in the most direct way we could, and we recommend reading it in full. If you still have questions, talk to us through the channels in section 1.

The summary below is only a guide and does not replace reading the full text:

a) Chega+ organizes matches: groups, games, attendance confirmation, team draws, statistics, ratings and the group’s financial management — the last of these available only with the Group PRO subscription.

b) Basic use is free. There are two paid and optional subscriptions: Group PRO and Player Partner.

c) The group’s financial management is a notebook. Chega+ does not receive, does not hold, does not charge and does not transfer your group’s monthly fee money.

d) There is a single service in which we receive money to pass on to another person: the hiring of professionals (goalkeeper, line player, referee and barbecuer). In it, Chega+ receives the payment, retains a commission and deposits the amount to the professional. That service has its own contract, the Intermediation Terms. In Subscriptions paid by PIX the money is also received by us, but there the amount is ours and there is no deposit to anyone.

e) Performance tracking (GPS and heart rate) is optional, depends on specific consent and can be turned off at any time. Viewing the performance screens is a paid feature, as set out in section 14.

f) Nothing in these Terms sets aside the rights that the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Consumer Protection Code) and the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (General Data Protection Law) guarantee you.

When these Terms mention “we”, “our” and other first person plural forms, they refer to CHEGAMAIS PROVEDOR DE CONTEUDO LTDA. When they mention “you” and “your”, they refer to the User.

1. WHO WE ARE AND HOW TO CONTACT US

1.1 The Platform is provided by CHEGAMAIS PROVEDOR DE CONTEUDO LTDA, a limited liability company registered with CNPJ under no. 31.552.846/0001-68, with head office at Rua General Espírito Santo Cardoso, nº 342/101, Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, CEP 20530-500.

1.2 Our support channels are:

a) E-mail: suporte@chegamaisapp.com

b) WhatsApp: +55 21 4121-2456, also reachable through the “Contact Us” item in the app menu.

c) Personal Data Protection Officer (Encarregado): requests relating to your personal data must be sent to suporte@chegamaisapp.com, with the subject “Encarregado — LGPD”. They are forwarded to the Officer, whose identification is given in the Privacy Policy and to any data subject who asks for it through that channel.

1.3 Use these channels for questions, complaints, reports of conduct or content, requests relating to your personal data and requests to review automated decisions. We confirm receipt of every request and reply within 7 days. Requests relating to personal data follow the deadlines of the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, which are shorter whenever the law so requires. The analysis of disputes, of suspensions and of payment blocks in the hiring of Professionals follows the deadlines of the Intermediation Terms — up to 5 (five) business days to review a suspension and up to 15 (fifteen) days to analyze a dispute —, without prejudice to the acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days.

1.4 These Terms and the Privacy Policy are available at any time inside the app, in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and German, and, for reading without an account, at https://www.chegamaisapp.com/legal/termos and https://www.chegamaisapp.com/legal/privacidade, in the same five languages. Where there is no version in your language, the English version is shown, and the Portuguese version is the one that prevails, as set out in clause 23.7. You can save or print both documents from those pages and, if you prefer, ask for a copy through the channels in section 1: we send it by e-mail, in a format you can keep and reproduce. Previous versions are stored by number and date and are sent by the same route, on request.

2. WHAT CHEGA+ DOES AND IN WHAT ROLE

2.1 The Platform brings together tools to create and administer amateur football groups, schedule matches, invite and confirm players, draw teams, record goals and other statistics, rate whoever played, follow rankings and manage the group’s accounts. It also allows groups and players to find each other and allows administrators to hire professionals for a match.

2.2 We act in three different roles, and our liability changes according to the role:

a) Direct supplier. We are the suppliers of the app and of the Group PRO and Player Partner subscriptions. We answer for those services to you, as provided by law.

b) Paid intermediary. In the hiring of professionals, we receive the payment, retain a commission and deposit the amount due to the professional. In that role we are part of the supply chain and we answer within the limits of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor and of the Intermediation Terms.

c) A third party outside the game. We do not organize, do not referee and do not take part in the matches. Whoever schedules the game, chooses the venue, sets the internal rules, approves members joining and collects the group’s payments is the group’s administrator.

2.3 Chega+ does not rent, does not book, does not sell and does not intermediate the rental of pitches, courts or arenas. We have no possession of or ownership over any sports venue and we do not answer for the availability, the condition or the safety of the venue chosen by your group.

2.4 Use of the Platform is recreational. Professional matches must not be promoted through it.

2.5 Use is personal, for members of groups. Professional use is allowed and regulated only for those who register as a professional in paid hiring, as set out in section 11.

2.6 In order to work, the app asks your device for permissions: notifications; location, to find groups near you, to register the Group’s venue and, when you turn tracking on, to measure your performance during the match; camera and photo library, for the profile picture and the galleries; microphone and speech recognition, for the voice commands during the match; access to the device’s health app, for the heart rate read by the smartwatch; and the device’s advertising identifier. All of them are optional and are asked for at the moment the feature is used. You can review them in Profile, then Permissions, and in your device’s settings. Refusing a permission disables only the feature that depends on it.

3. DEFINITIONS

3.1 To make reading easier, we use the following terms:

a) User: any person with an account on Chega+.

b) Member: the User who takes part in a Group.

c) Group: the space in the app where a match is organized.

d) Administrator: the User who owns the Group or whoever they appoint with administration powers. The Treasurer is the Member authorized to record entries in the Group’s financial management; the Group’s owner and Administrators also have that power, without needing to be appointed.

e) Event or Match: each game scheduled inside a Group.

f) Professional: the User registered to provide paid services as a goalkeeper, line player, referee or barbecuer through the Platform.

g) Hirer: the Administrator who hires a Professional for an Event.

h) Subscription: the paid Group PRO and Player Partner plans.

i) Content: texts, photos, nicknames, notices, polls, comments and other material posted on the Platform, whether by us or by you.

4. WHO CAN USE CHEGA+

4.1 To create an account you must be at least 13 years old.

4.2 If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the authorization and assistance of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for following your use and for the obligations taken on.

4.3 If you are under 16, your account depends on specific and highlighted consent from one of your parents or from your legal guardian, which can be given and withdrawn through the channels in section 1. As long as that consent does not exist, the performance tracking in section 14 cannot be turned on. From children and adolescents we collect only what is needed to use the Platform, and taking part in a match is never conditioned on providing data beyond what is indispensable. The father, the mother or the legal guardian may ask, at any time and through the same channels, for information about the minor’s data, for it to be corrected and for it to be deleted.

4.4 We do not check documents and we do not verify age at sign-up. The age information is a statement made by you. If we receive a report or have signs that the account belongs to someone below the minimum age, we may suspend it and terminate it. A father, mother or legal guardian may ask for a minor’s account to be deleted through the channels in section 1.

4.5 To register as a Professional and receive payments you must be 18 years of age or older. This requirement is verified by the Platform.

4.6 People who are absolutely incapable under Brazilian law may not use the Platform.

4.7 Use must comply with the law. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these Terms or puts other people’s safety at risk.

5. YOUR ACCOUNT

5.1 To use the Platform you must create and keep a personal account. Access is by e-mail with a verification code, by Google account or by Apple account. We do not use passwords.

5.2 Sign-up asks for a name and an e-mail. The other profile data — photo, position, date of birth, city and state, gender, marital status, whether you have children, WhatsApp, favorite team, physical information (height, weight, preferred foot and shoe size) and emergency contact — are optional. They are used to organize the matches, build the rankings and allow the Group to get in touch with you. Your nickname inside a Group is not set by you: it is set by that Group’s Administrator, as provided in clause 7.2.

5.3 We do not ask for a credit card or any payment method to create the account. Payments only come up when you take out a Subscription or hire a Professional.

5.4 Keep your data correct and up to date. False information or information belonging to other people may lead to the account being suspended.

5.5 The account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for what happens in it and must tell us immediately if you suspect improper access. Unless we authorize it in writing, you may keep only one account.

5.6 What other people see. Inside a Group, the other Members see your name, your nickname, your photo, your position, your state, your favorite team, your preferred foot, your age, your account e-mail, whether you have ever signed in to the app, your attendance, your game statistics, the ratings you have received and the information that you are a Player Partner. The day and the month of your birthday appear on the Group’s Birthdays screen, and on the date we send a birthday notification to the Group’s Members.

The following are not shown to the other Members: your height, your weight, your shoe size, your gender, your marital status, the information about children and your emergency contact.

Your WhatsApp is not shown on your profile to the other Members. It appears to the Administrator on the screen for searching for players to add to the Group and, in the hiring of Professionals, to the other party after payment is confirmed, as set out in section 11.

The emergency contact is accessible only to the Group’s Administrators.

Specific visibility rules apply to performance tracking (section 14) and to the Professional’s public profile (section 11). The details are in the Privacy Policy.

5.7 You can delete your account at any time inside the app, as set out in section 20.

6. PLAYERS PRE-REGISTERED BY AN ADMINISTRATOR

6.1 A Group’s Administrator may pre-register a player who does not yet have the app, providing a name and an e-mail (both mandatory) and, optionally, a nickname, a position and a photo. This creates an account in that person’s name.

6.2 Whoever pre-registers states that they have that person’s authorization to provide that data and is responsible for that statement, both to that person and to us.

6.3 When the person downloads the app and signs in with the same e-mail, they take over the account, become a User and are bound by these Terms.

6.4 If you were pre-registered and do not want to be on the Platform, ask for deletion through the channels in section 1. We comply without requiring you to create or keep an account.

7. GROUPS, EVENTS AND THE ADMINISTRATOR’S ROLE

7.1 Whoever creates a Group is its owner and may appoint Administrators and a Treasurer.

7.2 The Administrator may, among other actions: create, edit and cancel Events; approve or refuse requests to join; remove Members; set a Member’s nickname, position and photo inside the Group; configure the Group’s rules; post notices and polls; pre-register players; hire Professionals; and record financial entries. When setting another Member’s photo, the Administrator states that they have that person’s authorization, as provided in clause 6.2, and is responsible for that statement; the Member may ask for that photo to be removed or replaced, either through the app itself or through the channels in section 1.

7.3 The Group’s internal rules — who joins, how much is paid, who plays, how teams are drawn — are set by the Group itself. We provide the tool and we do not settle internal conflicts between Members or between a Member and an Administrator.

7.4 The Administrator is responsible for the match taking place: choosing and booking the venue, the time, safety conditions, any licenses and authorizations that may be needed, and doing what was agreed with the Members.

7.5 The Administrator holds power over the other Members’ experience and must use it in good faith. Abuses can be reported through the channels in section 1.

8. THE GROUP'S FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

8.1 The Group's financial management is a Group PRO-only feature. Without a Group PRO Subscription linked to the Group, the Financial screen is not available to any Member and none of the functions described in this section can be used.

8.2 The Group's financial management is a record-keeping tool. The Administrator or the Treasurer enters income and expenses — monthly fees, daily fees, field rental, equipment, donations and others — and the app calculates the balances of the Group and of each Member.

8.3 Chega+ does not receive, does not hold, does not charge and does not transfer this money. No payment between a Member and a Group passes through us. An entry in the app is a note, not a payment.

8.4 The PIX key shown on the financial screen is provided by the Administrator and belongs to the Group or to whoever the Administrator names. Payment happens outside the Platform, straight from your bank's app. Checking the recipient before paying is the responsibility of whoever pays. We have no way to recover money sent to the wrong key.

8.5 The Group may turn on the automatic creation of the monthly fee on a date of its choosing. That only creates the entry in the Group's ledger; it does not charge anyone and does not move money.

8.6 The Group may set up a block on participation for anyone with a negative balance. That is the Group's own rule, enforced by the tool.

8.7 Disagreements about the amounts entered must be settled with the Group's Administrator or Treasurer. We do not check, do not audit and do not correct other people's entries.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS: GROUP PRO AND PLAYER PARTNER

9.1 Basic use of Chega+ is free. There are two paid, optional Subscriptions, which can be purchased separately:

a) Group PRO (“Grupo PRO”): a User's subscription that unlocks advanced features for the Groups linked to it, for all Members of those Groups.

b) Player Partner (“Sócio-Jogador”): an individual subscription that unlocks personal benefits in any Group you take part in.

9.2 Group PRO is sold in plans with 1, 2 or 3 slots. Each slot can be linked to a Group in which you are a Member. When you link a Group to a slot, that slot is locked for 30 days; after that period, you can unlink it and use it in another Group. If you link the wrong Group by mistake, talk to us through the channels in section 1 in the first few days and we will free the slot.

9.3 Player Partner is offered in a monthly or a yearly plan. When a free period is offered on the first subscription, its length and conditions are shown on the screen before the purchase; at the end of that period, the price of the chosen plan starts being charged.

9.4 Subscription purchased through the app store. The purchase, the charge, the renewal and the refund are processed by the App Store or by Google Play, depending on the device. The subscription renews automatically, at the same price and for the same duration, until the person who subscribed cancels it in the settings of the respective store. Cancellation is processed by the store, and you reach the store from the app itself, in the menu, under “My subscriptions”; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. If you prefer, let us know as well through the channels in section 1: we confirm that we received your request and follow it with you. Refund requests in this arrangement follow the store's rules, without prejudice to section 10.

9.5 Subscription purchased by PIX. In some cases we also offer payment by PIX, purchased directly from us through the support channel indicated in the app, both for Group PRO and for Player Partner. This arrangement has no automatic renewal: at the end of the period, access simply ends, unless you renew. Refunds and withdrawal requests in this arrangement are handled by us, through the channels in section 1.

9.6 Trial periods and promotional codes may be offered, with the conditions and the deadline stated at the time of the offer. Each offer may be used only once per User or per Group, as the case may be, and is not cumulative with others, unless we say otherwise.

9.7 When the Subscription ends, the exclusive features stop being shown. Your data, your history and the Group's history remain and are shown again if the Subscription is resumed.

9.8 Prices may change. Any change applies only to future periods and is communicated in advance. A Subscription already paid for does not have its price or its conditions changed during the period purchased.

9.9 Subscribing is not required to use Chega+ or to take part in matches.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DIREITO DE ARREPENDIMENTO)

10.1 Because the purchase is made away from business premises, you have the right of withdrawal (direito de arrependimento) and may back out of the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of purchase or from the start of the service, whichever comes later, under art. 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazil's Consumer Protection Code). In that case the amounts paid are refunded in full.

10.2 Subscription bought on the App Store or on Google Play: request cancellation and a refund from the store itself, which is the one that processed the charge. If you have any difficulty, talk to us through the channels in section 1. If the store does not refund the amount within 7 (seven) days counted from your request, we refund it ourselves, regardless of what the store decides, and we sort it out with the store afterwards.

10.3 Subscription paid by PIX: ask for the withdrawal through the channels in section 1 and we refund the full amount, with no deduction.

10.4 Hiring a Professional: the right of withdrawal also applies and coexists with the cancellation windows in clause 11.5, shown on the screen before payment. The app applies the advance-notice tiers on its own and does not know the reason for your request. So: if you back out within the 7 (seven) calendar days counted from payment or from the start of the service, whichever comes later, and the app places your cancellation in a less favorable tier, ask through the channels in section 1 and we refund the amount in full, even if the cancel button in the app shows a lower percentage. If the service has already been provided within those 7 days, the withdrawal does not reach the part already performed.

11. HIRING PROFESSIONALS (“REFORÇO”)

11.1 The Platform allows the Administrator of a Group to hire, for a match, a Professional in one of these four roles: goalkeeper, line player, referee and barbecuer — this is the service we call “Reforço”, someone brought in to reinforce the squad. There is no hiring of sports venues. A Member of the Group cannot be hired as a Professional by that same Group — neither by applying for a vacancy nor by direct invitation.

11.2 Hiring works like this: the Administrator posts a vacancy for the Event or invites a Professional directly; the Professional applies or replies to the invitation; the Administrator chooses and hires; payment is made inside the app, by PIX; after the payment is confirmed, both sides start seeing each other's contact details so they can arrange the details.

11.3 The Professional is self-employed. There is no employment, company or agency relationship between the Professional and Chega+, or between the Professional and the hiring Group. The Professional freely decides whether to accept or refuse each proposal, when and with whom to work. The amount is offered by whoever is hiring, within the minimum and maximum price limits set by the Platform and shown on the screen, and the Professional is only bound if they accept. The Professional bears the taxes and charges of their activity.

11.4 Unlike the Group's financial management, here there is real money passing through us. The amount paid by the Hirer is received by Chega+, is held until the service is completed and is passed on to the Professional in the deposit cycle described in clause 11.5.

11.5 What decides money in this section is summarized below. These conditions are also shown on the screen before you confirm:

a) The Chega+ commission is deducted from the Professional's share and never added to the amount the Hirer pays. Today it is 10% (ten percent). The rate in force at the moment the hire is created is the one that applies, and it is shown in the hire itself.

b) Cancellation by the Professional, at any time: 100% refunded to the Hirer, including the commission.

c) Cancellation by the Hirer 24 hours or more before the start of the match: 100% refunded, including the commission.

d) Cancellation by the Hirer between 4 and 24 hours before the start of the match: 50% refunded, rounded in favor of whoever paid. The half retained is split between the Professional and the commission.

e) Cancellation by the Hirer less than 4 hours before: no refund. The Professional receives their share and Chega+ keeps the commission. Deleting the match produces the same effects as items c), d) and e), according to how much notice is given.

f) The deposit to the Professional is monthly and aggregated: it goes out on the 5th of each month and, when the 5th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, on the first following day that is not a weekend — national holidays are not taken into account in that calculation, as set out in clause 10.2 of the Intermediation Terms. It depends on a minimum balance and is subject to a fixed transfer fee, charged by the payment institution, debited from the Professional and shown in their wallet.

g) The window to rate the other party is 7 (seven) days counted from the completion of the hiring — which happens 48 hours after the end of the match, earlier if the Hirer approves it in advance, and later if there is a dispute or an analysis by us, as set out in the Intermediation Terms.

What is retained in items d) and e) is in the nature of a penalty clause (cláusula penal), compensating for the time the Professional set aside and could no longer sell. Like any penalty clause, it may be reduced when it is manifestly excessive or when the match does not happen for a reason beyond your control — rain, the field being closed, fortuitous event or force majeure. In those cases, get in touch through the channels in section 1: we look into it and may refund the amount in whole or in part, including our commission.

11.6 The full rules of this relationship — minimum and maximum price per hire, acceptance deadlines, attendance confirmation, rescheduling, cancellation and refund percentages by advance-notice tier, deposit cycle and deadline, fees, opening and deciding disputes, no-shows, penalties and Professional registration, including the identity verification required by payments regulation — are in the Intermediation Terms, a separate document, with its own version number and date. It is presented to you inside the app at the moment of hiring and at the moment of registering as a Professional, and it must be accepted before you pay or send your data to the payment institution. You may request a copy of the Intermediation Terms at any time, free of charge, through the channels in section 1. If there is any conflict between the summary in clause 11.5 and the Intermediation Terms, whichever is more favorable to you prevails.

11.7 Acceptance of the Intermediation Terms is recorded with date and version. When that document changes in a relevant way, we ask for a new acceptance before the next hire or the next change to your registration details.

11.8 The Professional's reputation is public within the Platform: average rating, number of ratings, attendance rate and the comment written by the Hirer are visible to anyone looking to hire. No-shows, last-minute cancellations and lost disputes may trigger automatic penalties, including temporary suspension and, in case of repeat behavior, a ban. On the hiring side, repeated late cancellations are also recorded and may restrict new hires. The criteria are in the Intermediation Terms. You may ask for human review of these decisions through the channels in section 1.

11.9 It is forbidden to arrange a hire inside the Platform and then close it outside to escape the commission, to log false attendance, to arrange ratings or to use fake accounts to hire yourself. This conduct may lead to suspension and termination of the account.

11.10 The contact details revealed after payment exist so that you can arrange that service. Use them only for that.

12. MERCADO DA BOLA AND GROUP DISCOVERY

12.1 Mercado da Bola (our discovery feed for groups and vacancies) is the area where you find groups looking for monthly members and paid vacancies near you.

12.2 Your Group appears in that area when it has a registered location and when the “Appear in search and in Mercado da Bola” option is turned on in the Group Settings. That option is on by default and the Administrator can turn it off at any time.

12.3 Mercado da Bola shows public information about the Group: name, approximate region of the playing location, day and time of the match, number of players and, when registered, the monthly fee amount. Groups in which you are already a Member do not appear to you.

12.4 Asking to join a Group does not guarantee entry: approval is always up to the Administrator.

13. RATINGS, VETO, STATISTICS AND RANKINGS

13.1 After a match, whoever played may rate the other participants with stars, within a time window set by the Group. Each player's final rating is calculated from the ratings received, correcting each rater's bias — those who tend to give ratings that are too high or too low — and discarding the extremes. You may ask for more details about this calculation through the channels in section 1.

13.2 Ratings and statistics feed the team draw, the rankings, the round's highlights and the Group's performance screens. Administrators may enter ratings of their own, depending on the Group's settings.

13.3 A Player Partner may veto the rating received from another player, in the manner provided in the app. Some Groups also enable additional internal votes.

13.4 Ratings are the opinions of other Users. We do not check them beforehand and we do not guarantee that they are fair or accurate.

13.5 If a rating, a comment or a nickname is offensive, discriminatory or violates someone's rights, report it through the channels in section 1. We look into it and may remove the content and punish whoever posted it.

13.6 In the hiring of Professionals, the rating (score) and the comment written by the Hirer are published on the Professional's public profile, identified only by the role hired and by the date: the name of the person who rated is not shown. That publication only happens after both sides have rated or after the rating window closes. The rating the Professional gives to the Group is not published: it is recorded and used only internally by us.

13.7 It is forbidden to arrange ratings, use fake accounts or coordinate ratings to inflate or lower someone's reputation.

14. PERFORMANCE TRACKING AND SMARTWATCH

14.1 Performance tracking is optional and comes turned off. To turn it on, you must give a specific consent, presented on its own screen, with version and date recorded. You may withdraw that consent at any time in the tracking settings and in your device's system permissions. By turning tracking on you also consent to these data being shown to the other Members of your Groups, under the conditions in clause 14.5: today it is not possible to turn the measurement on without that display, so if you do not want the sharing, keep tracking turned off.

14.2 With tracking on, we measure during the match: by GPS, distance covered, speed, sprints, time in movement and the heat map of your movement on the field; and, if you use a compatible smartwatch and authorize it, heart rate, effort zones and estimated calories.

14.3 Collection happens only during matches, in a window around the game time, and it may happen with the app in the background.

14.4 Heart rate is health data and receives specific treatment: it is only collected if you use a smartwatch and authorize the reading in your device's health app.

14.5 When the Group is PRO or when you are a Player Partner, the other Members of the Group see your heart rate, your effort zones, your calories and the heat map of your movement. Outside those conditions, these data are not shown to the other Members.

14.6 Viewing the performance screens is a paid feature, including for your own data: seeing your own history requires the Player Partner subscription, and seeing another Member's history requires the Group to be PRO. Without one of these subscriptions, the measurement keeps happening if you have turned it on, the data are still stored and you may delete them or request a copy at any time, in the manner of clause 14.9.

14.7 Raw GPS coordinates are not stored permanently: they are used for the calculation and then discarded. The heat map that is stored contains only movements relative to the average point of your own movement in that match, with no absolute location.

14.8 Chega+ is not a medical device. The numbers are estimates produced by your device's sensors and are not for diagnosis, clinical monitoring or medical training guidance. If you have any doubt about your health, see a health professional.

14.9 You may delete your performance data at any time in the app, under Profile, then Account, without having to delete your account. To receive a copy of these data, ask through the channels in section 1: we send it in a readable format, within the deadlines of the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Brazil's General Data Protection Law).

15. CONTENT: WHO OWNS IT AND WHAT MAY BE POSTED

15.1 The app, the Chega+ brand, the layout, the texts, the icons, the graphics and the software are ours or licensed to us, and they are protected by law. You may not copy, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit this material without our written authorization.

15.2 The Content you post remains yours. That includes profile picture, nickname, notices, photo galleries, polls and comments. We do not acquire ownership of what you send.

15.3 By posting, you grant us a free, non-exclusive license, valid for as long as the Content is on the Platform, to host, store, resize, display and distribute that Content within the Platform, for the purpose of operating the service. The license ends when you remove the Content or delete your account, with two exceptions: copies that other Users have already saved on their own, and backup copies, which are erased in the normal technical cycle.

15.4 To use your Content to promote Chega+ outside the Platform, we ask for your specific authorization beforehand.

15.5 You are responsible for what you post. When posting a photo or video with other people, you declare that you have their authorization.

15.6 Images sent to the app are hosted on a storage server and are displayed through a direct address. Anyone who has that address can open the image, even without an account on Chega+. Bear that in mind when deciding what to post.

15.7 We do not screen in advance all the Content posted by Users. When we become aware of content that violates these Terms or the law, we remove it. Report it through the channels in section 1. Whenever possible, we tell the author about the removal and the reason for it, and the author may ask for a review through the same channels.

15.8 The processing of the personal data you send is described in the Privacy Policy.

16. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

16.1 When using the Platform, the following is prohibited:

a) Stating or implying that you are affiliated with Chega+, that you speak on our behalf or that we endorse what you say;

b) Using the Platform for advertising or commercial offers without our authorization, which does not prevent a registered Professional from offering their services through the channels built into paid hiring;

c) Posting or transmitting viruses, malicious code or any program that damages, monitors or takes control of equipment, whether ours or a third party's;

d) Collecting other Users' personal data, by scraping, automation or any other means;

e) Interfering with the operation of the Platform or of the servers, bypassing technical limits or security measures;

f) Creating fake profiles, using another person's identity or keeping more than one account to gain an advantage;

g) Modifying, adapting, translating, decompiling or reverse engineering any part of the app;

h) Defrauding the Platform, including by inflating statistics, colluding on ratings, recording false attendance, evading a suspension or block, or closing off the Platform a hire that started here in order to escape the commission;

i) Posting content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexual, misleading or that infringes a third party's rights — in notices, galleries, polls, nicknames, team names, rating comments or any other text field;

j) Using information obtained on the Platform, including the contact details revealed after a hire, to harass, pester, embarrass, improperly demand payment from or send unsolicited advertising to anyone;

k) Using the Platform to organize professional matches, betting or any unlawful activity.

16.2 Non-compliance may result, depending on how serious it is and whether it is repeated, in: a warning, removal of the content, restriction of features, restriction of contact with other Users, temporary suspension or termination of the account. Serious conduct, such as harassment, threats or discrimination, may be reported to the competent authorities.

16.3 Beyond what clause 5.6 describes and the contact details revealed in the hiring of a Professional (section 11), we do not make one Member's contact details available to another.

16.4 The Content and the personal data that circulate on the Platform are subject to these Terms, to the Privacy Policy and to applicable law.

16.5 You may, of course, invite friends to Chega+ and promote the app in a personal way, with no commercial purpose.

17. SAFETY WHEN PLAYING SPORTS

17.1 By using the Platform to play, you declare that your health allows you to play sports. We recommend periodic medical check-ups, especially if you have a history of heart problems or are returning to sports.

17.2 Playing football involves a risk of injury. Chega+ does not organize the match, does not inspect the venue, is not present at the game and does not provide Users with insurance of any kind.

17.3 Accidents, injuries and health problems that occur during a match do not arise from the service we provide and are the responsibility of whoever organized the game, whoever runs the venue and the participants, as the case may be. This does not remove any liability the law assigns to Chega+ for a failure of the service we ourselves provide.

17.4 The emergency contact is an optional field in your profile, accessible to the Administrators of your Group. If you enter another person's contact details, let that person know.

18. APP STORES, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND ADVERTISING

18.1 Chega+ is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the companies that own the app stores. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms when you access the Platform from iOS or Android devices; they are not parties to this contract and are not responsible for providing the service or the support. Use of the device and of the store is also subject to their own conditions.

18.2 Any promotions, prize draws, giveaways and promotional codes offered are run by Chega+ and by Chega+ alone, with no involvement from the app stores. The team draw inside the app is a game feature and not a commercial promotion.

18.3 The benefits club, available to the Player Partner, is operated by a partner. When you open it, you start browsing a third-party service, with its own terms and policy, for which we are not answerable.

18.4 Some features depend on third-party services, such as maps and venue search, weather forecasts, notifications, image storage, payment processing and the interpretation of voice commands by artificial intelligence. Some of these services are provided outside Brazil, which involves an international transfer of the data in that flow. These services have their own terms and policies. What we do with your data in those flows is described in the Privacy Policy, and you may ask for details through the channels in section 1.

18.5 We may display advertising and send promotional communications by notification. You can mute notifications by Group and by subject inside the app, turn them off in your device settings and ask to be unsubscribed from promotional communications through the channels in section 1. Essential operational notices, related to security, billing and contractual changes, continue to be sent.

19. AVAILABILITY, WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

19.1 We work to keep the Platform available, but no service on the internet runs without interruption. There may be downtime due to maintenance, technical failure, attack, updates or problems in third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

19.2 We may change, limit or discontinue features. When a change is significant and harms you, we give you reasonable advance notice in the app. If we discontinue a feature included in a Subscription you have already paid for, we refund the pro-rata amount for the period not used.

19.3 We are answerable for the services we provide directly: the operation of the app, the Subscriptions and the payment intermediation in the hiring of Professionals.

19.4 We are not answerable for:

a) The conduct of other Users, on or off the Platform;

b) The performance of the service provided by the hired Professional, beyond the limits of our intermediation and of what is set out in the Intermediation Terms;

c) The conditions, the availability and the safety of the venue chosen for the match;

d) Agreements, charges and payments arranged outside the Platform, including those of the Group's financial management;

e) Third-party services and content accessed from the Platform;

f) Failures of your device, of your operating system or of your internet connection.

19.5 Towards you, as a consumer, we are liable in accordance with the Código de Defesa do Consumidor, with no cap on compensation. The limitation below applies only to a User that is a legal entity using the Platform as an input to its economic activity: in the situations where the law allows a limitation, our liability for indirect damages is limited to the total paid to Chega+ in the 12 (twelve) months before the event. This limitation does not apply, under any circumstances, to willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, bodily injury, defects in the service, or to any damage whose limitation the law prohibits.

19.6 Nothing in these Terms excludes, reduces or hinders the exercise of the rights the law guarantees to consumers, in particular those in arts. 6º, 14, 25 and 51 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor. No clause in this document prevents you from complaining, from demanding compensation or from going to court.

19.7 You are answerable for the losses you cause to us or to third parties by breaching these Terms or the law, to the extent of your conduct.

20. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

20.1 You can end this relationship whenever you want. To delete your account, go to Profile, then Account, then “Delete account”. If you prefer, ask through the channels in section 1. You can also simply uninstall the app and stop using it, but in that case the account continues to exist.

20.2 When you delete your account, you leave all Groups, your performance tracking data is deleted and your profile is erased.

20.3 Not everything disappears, and it is important that you know this before confirming. The following remain:

a) The entries in the financial management of the Groups you took part in. They are the Group's cash ledger and remain recorded for as long as the Group exists, detached from your profile and marked as belonging to a deleted user. The legal basis is the regular exercise of rights and the Group's legitimate interest in preserving the integrity of its own cash ledger;

b) Payment records and the Professional registration, where they exist, for the period required by tax law and by payment-services regulation. The legal basis is compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;

c) Content posted by other Users and ratings already recorded about matches you took part in;

d) Statistics and match results, which are part of the Group's collective history.

If you want to know the exact period that applies to any of these records in your case, ask through the channels in section 1 and we will tell you. The details are also in the Privacy Policy.

20.4 Deletion may be temporarily refused when you are the only Member of a Group that has an active hire of a Professional, with money held. In that case, complete or cancel the hire and try again. If you have a balance receivable as a Professional, let us know through the channels in section 1 before deleting your account: deleting the account is not a waiver of amounts owed to you, and we settle them anyway.

20.5 Before deleting your account, you can ask for a copy of your performance data through the channels in section 1, and we send it in a readable format. After deletion, we cannot recover it. In Profile, then Account, you can also delete only the performance data, without deleting the account.

20.6 We may suspend or terminate your account when:

a) You breach these Terms or the law;

b) It is required by law or by a decision of an authority;

c) There is fraud, a risk to other people's safety or to the integrity of the Platform;

d) We decide to discontinue the Platform, in whole or in part.

20.7 Except in cases of urgency, a court order or risk to third parties, we notify you before suspending or terminating, we tell you the reason and we give you the chance to explain yourself. In any case, you can ask for the decision to be reviewed through the channels in section 1.

20.8 If we terminate your account or discontinue the Platform, and you have a paid Subscription in force, a balance receivable as a Professional or a hire in progress, we: refund the pro-rata amount of the Subscription not used, settle whatever is to be paid out and complete or refund the pending hires, before the definitive termination. We also give you a reasonable period to request and receive a copy of your data, through the channels in section 1.

20.9 Termination does not affect obligations that have already fallen due, nor the clauses that, by their nature, survive the end of the contract.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

21.1 We may change these Terms to reflect changes in the service, in the law or in our business. Every new version gets a number and an effective date.

21.2 When a change is significant — for example, a change of price, of cancellation conditions, of responsibilities or of the purposes for which data is processed — we give you reasonable advance notice inside the app and ask for your express acceptance.

21.3 We do not ask you to accept a significant change tacitly: until you accept it, the conditions of the previous version continue to apply to you. If you do not accept it, you can end the Subscription, and we refund the pro-rata amount for the period not used, and you can delete the account as set out in section 20.

21.4 For changes that are not significant — wording corrections, clarifications and adjustments that do not affect price, cancellation, responsibilities or the purposes for which data is processed — continuing to use the Platform after they take effect means you have accepted them.

21.5 Changes do not apply retroactively to the detriment of Subscriptions or hires already paid for: those follow the conditions in force at the time of purchase.

22. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

22.1 The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, available inside the app and at https://www.chegamaisapp.com/legal/privacidade, which forms part of these Terms and must be read together with them. If there is any discrepancy between versions of the Policy published in different places, the interpretation most favourable to you prevails.

22.2 You remain the holder of your personal data. There is no transfer of ownership of personal data to Chega+. The processing authorizations that depend on consent may be withdrawn at any time, as provided by the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados.

22.3 You have the right to confirm that processing exists, to access, correct, port, delete and object to processing, as well as to be informed about who we share your data with. Exercise these rights through the channels in section 1, which forward them to the Data Protection Officer (Encarregado) named in clause 1.2, item c).

22.4 Some processing depends on specific consent, such as the performance tracking in section 14. Refusing that consent does not stop you from using the rest of the Platform.

22.5 Some decisions on the Platform are automated — for example, the calculation of the final rating score, the statistical discarding of extreme ratings, the Professional's reputation and the application of suspensions. You can ask for information about the criteria and request human review through the channels in section 1.

23. FINAL PROVISIONS, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

23.1 These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.

23.2 The courts of the consumer's domicile are chosen to settle disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to any other venue the law guarantees you.

23.3 Before going to court, we invite you to talk to us through the channels in section 1. You may also use the public platform consumidor.gov.br and the consumer protection bodies.

23.4 You may not assign or transfer your position under this contract. We may assign this contract in the event of a corporate reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of assets, without prejudice to your rights and subject to prior notice.

23.5 Tolerating a breach of any clause does not mean waiving the right to enforce it later.

23.6 If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be set aside only to the extent necessary, and the remaining clauses continue in full force.

23.7 These Terms are published in Portuguese and may be translated into other languages. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
