INTERMEDIATION TERMS — CHEGA+

Last updated, and in force from: September 2, 2026
Hirer version: 1 · Professional version: 2

This document has two version numbers, one for each role, in addition to the date — unlike the Chega+ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which also carry a version number and an effective date, but a single number. That is on purpose: the app records which version of these Terms you accepted, and the two roles (whoever hires and whoever provides the service) have separate version counters. Section 22 explains how this works — including what applies to anyone who already had an acceptance recorded before the date above.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1. These Intermediation Terms (“Terms”) are a binding contract between you and CHEGAMAIS PROVEDOR DE CONTEUDO LTDA, a limited liability company with its head office in the capital of the State of Rio de Janeiro, at Rua General Espírito Santo Cardoso, nº 342/101, Tijuca, CEP 20530-500, registered under CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number) nº 31.552.846/0001-68 (“Chega+” or “Developer”).

1.2. These Terms apply only to the hiring of professionals inside Chega+ (Goalkeeper, Line player, Referee and Barbecuer). Everything else is still governed by the Chega+ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available at https://www.chegamaisapp.com/legal/termos and https://www.chegamaisapp.com/legal/privacidade.

1.3. You accept these Terms when you tick “I have read and accept the intermediation terms” in the app. The acceptance is recorded with date and time. If you hire, that record happens at the moment the PIX code for that hire is generated. If you are the professional, it happens when your work profile is saved with the acceptance, before your data goes to the payment institution. When a new version is published, the professional's acceptance box reads “I have read and accept the updated terms” — it is the same acceptance, about this same text.

1.4. If you do not agree with any point of these Terms, do not complete the hire and do not register your payment data as a professional.

1.5. Nothing in this document removes rights that Brazilian law gives you, in particular the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code). Where these Terms set deadlines, they describe what the app does on its own — they do not replace or shorten legal deadlines.

2. HOW TO READ THIS DOCUMENT

2.1. This is a single document, but it serves two different people:

2.2. Whenever a rule applies to only one side, the paragraph starts with If you hire or If you are the professional. When there is no such marker, the rule applies to both.

2.3. Quick guide:

2.4. The acceptance of each side is recorded in different ways:

2.5. “The hiring group”, in this document. Whoever hires is always a person: the Hirer, that is, the Administrator who hires a Professional for a match, as defined in section 3 of the Terms of Use. Wherever these Terms say “the hiring group”, read that administrator, acting on behalf of the group and taking on the payment (clause 20.4). The Group is the space in the app where the match is organized: that is where the expense and any refund are recorded (19.10), and that is what the reputation effects and the penalties of clause 16.5 fall upon.

3. WHAT CHEGA+ DOES — AND WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

3.1. Chega+ is an intermediation platform. It brings together groups that need a professional and people willing to provide that service, and it takes care of the payment between the two sides.

3.2. The service contract is between the hiring group and the professional. Chega+ is not a party to that contract. Chega+ is not an employer, is not the party that hires, is not the party that receives the service and is not the party that provides the service.

3.3. There is no employment, corporate, agency or subordination relationship between Chega+ and the professional, or between Chega+ and the hiring group. The professional is self-employed and organizes their own work.

3.4. Chega+ is part of the payment. It operates as a marketplace together with the payment institution and receives the commission described in section 8. In that role, it is Chega+ that answers to the payment institution for the processing cost and for chargebacks.

3.5. What Chega+ does NOT check. Chega+ does not interview, does not select, does not run criminal background checks, does not check references, does not assess diplomas, courses, federations or any technical qualification of the professional. Chega+ does not accredit, does not certify and does not attest to anyone's qualification, and the presence of a Referee or a Barbecuer in the app is not a recommendation to hire that person.

3.6. What Chega+ organizes. So that search works, Chega+ ranks professionals in the results — by criteria that vary from screen to screen and are described in clause 17.11 —, shows the public reputation (17.7), gives Player Partner professionals early access to new vacancies (17.12) and may suspend or ban profiles (section 16). This is a showcase built on the history recorded inside the app, and not a judgment about anyone's competence. Choosing and assessing the professional is up to whoever hires.

3.7. The only identity check that exists is the one carried out by the payment institution (clause 4.3), which serves to allow the money to be paid out — not to attest competence.

3.8. Chega+ does not witness and does not confirm that the service was provided. What the system records is what the parties themselves report: the professional's check-in and the attendance marked by the administrator (section 11).

3.9. Chega+ does not guarantee that the professional will show up, or that the service will have quality. The mechanisms available inside the app are holding the amount (section 9), the no-show dispute (section 14), strikes (section 16) and the public reputation (section 17). Attention: a refund for a no-show is not automatic and is not unconditional — it depends on you opening a dispute in time, and a dispute contested by the professional is decided by Chega+, with any of the three outcomes in clause 14.7.

4. WHO CAN BE A PROFESSIONAL

4.1. To sign up as a professional, you declare that you:

4.2. The model is individuals only (CPF). Chega+ does not accept sign-up as MEI (Brazilian single-person micro-business), company or CNPJ as a professional. The bank account you provide must belong to the same individual.

4.3. To be able to get paid, you must provide, through the app: full legal name, CPF, e-mail, date of birth, full address, monthly income, occupation, phone number and bank details (bank, branch with check digit, account with check digit and account type). This data is sent to the payment institution, which also requires a liveness check (biometric) step, done in the institution's own environment.

4.4. Minimum age. The age of 18 is your own declaration. The system calculates your age from the date of birth you provide and refuses to send the registration to the payment institution if that date indicates less than 18 years. This check is done on the date you type: Chega+ does not check any document and does not validate the date against any official database. You are responsible for the truth of the information, and providing false data allows Chega+ to block your profile.

4.5. While your registration is not complete and approved by the payment institution, nobody can pay you. The system refuses the payment of a hire of yours while you do not have an active payout account. A rejection in the verification does not delete your registration: you can correct the data and send it again.

4.6. You cannot be hired by a group you are a member of. This also applies to the administrator: nobody hires themselves. The rule is checked when the direct proposal is sent, when you are hired for a vacancy and again at payment.

4.7. You cannot deactivate your work profile while you have open jobs — that is, pending proposals, hires awaiting payment or hires already paid. You will be able to deactivate when those jobs are completed or canceled.

4.8. You cannot have two accepted jobs less than 3 hours apart. The system refuses any application, proposal acceptance or hire that would create this conflict.

5. HOW A HIRE STARTS (THE HIRING SIDE)

5.1. Only the administrator of a group can hire and pay. There are exactly two paths:

5.2. The amount is always set by whoever hires, in the proposal or in the vacancy. The reference price shown on the professional's profile is only an indication for search — it is not the hire amount, and there is no price negotiation inside the app.

5.2.1. If you are the professional — what can happen to a vacancy after you apply. While the vacancy is open:

Being chosen for a vacancy creates the hire directly, without a new acceptance from you — unlike the direct proposal, where you accept or decline. Check the amount shown in the hire before anything else. If it does not work for you, you can cancel while it is not paid: there is nothing to refund and there is no strike (clause 12.2).

5.3. The professional never starts a hire. The professional only applies, accepts or declines.

5.4. Deadlines to pay:

5.5. Withdrawing a direct proposal that has not been accepted yet moves no money and creates no penalty for either side.

5.6. After acceptance and before payment. Once the professional has accepted a direct proposal, the administrator cannot cancel the hire directly: it only ends by payment or by the deadline in clause 5.4 running out. In a hire that came from a published vacancy and is not yet paid, the administrator can end it in another way: by canceling the vacancy that created it. In either case, deleting the match also ends the unpaid hire. In these situations nothing is moved, nothing is refunded and neither side gets a penalty — but the professional can indeed lose a job that was already accepted.

6. PAYMENT

6.1. The only payment method is PIX. There is no card, no boleto (Brazilian bank slip), no wallet inside the app and no installments.

6.2. The payment is processed by Pagar.me, a payment institution contracted by Chega+.

6.3. The PIX code (QR Code or copy-and-paste code) is valid for a short time: 30 minutes, or 15 minutes when there are less than 3 hours to the start of the match. If the code expires, the hire is still valid until the deadline in clause 5.4 and a new code can be generated.

6.4. The hire only counts as paid when the payment institution confirms the payment to Chega+. Telling the app that you paid changes nothing. That is why the screen shows “waiting for payment confirmation” even after the PIX has been sent.

6.5. If you hire: to generate the PIX code, the payment institution requires your CPF and a Brazilian phone number (area code + number). Without this data the payment is not generated. Your CPF is saved only once: after it is saved, it is not replaced by another one sent later.

6.6. When the payment is confirmed, the contact details are shown between the parties: the group starts to see the professional's WhatsApp, and the professional starts to see the personal WhatsApp of the administrator who hired. The exact address of the location is also released. This exchange is part of how the service works and cannot be turned off.

6.7. Entry in the group's finances. The expense is posted to the group's finances and appears in the hire details. The group's aggregated Finances screen (statement and balance) is a PRO plan feature: in a group without PRO the entry still exists and is still counted, but it can only be checked hire by hire.

6.8. Refunds and the group's finances. A refund always goes back to whoever paid. When the refund relates to the hire itself — cancellation, dispute or a declined reschedule —, the group's finances receive the matching credit. Refunds of a duplicate or incorrect charge go back to whoever paid without a credit entry in the group's finances — this is the case of self-hiring identified by the CPF after payment (7.5), of a payment made with a PIX code that has already been replaced, of a payment that arrives after the hire has expired (7.6) and of a duplicate payment confirmation for the same hire —, because in these cases there was no matching expense to refund. When the same professional is paid twice for conflicting times (7.6), however, the reversed hire does receive the credit in the group's finances, because its expense had already been posted.

7. AMOUNT LIMITS AND ANTI-FRAUD RULES

7.1. Each hire has a floor and a ceiling, checked when the vacancy is published, in the proposal, when it is edited and again at payment:

ItemAmount
Minimum amount per hireR$ 20,00
Maximum amount per hireR$ 500,00
Maximum amount per hire — BarbecuerR$ 1.000,00

7.2. Suggested range per role — it is a suggestion, not a minimum. The app shows a suggested price range per role, which varies with the length of the match and never suggests less than R$ 30,00 for Goalkeeper, R$ 25,00 for Line player, R$ 80,00 for Referee and R$ 100,00 for Barbecuer. These numbers are suggestions and are not required by the system: the only minimum amount that is refused is the one in table 7.1. A Goalkeeper vacancy published for R$ 20,00 is accepted.

7.3. Limits per payer. Counted across all groups together: at most 5 hires and R$ 2.000,00 of simultaneous exposure. The exposure adds up (a) the payments confirmed on the current day, in Brasília time, and (b) all PIX codes that are still valid, whether they were generated today or not. Going over either one makes the system refuse the operation. The quota becomes available again when the pending codes expire or when a new day starts.

7.4. Self-hiring is prohibited. The payer cannot be the professional, and the professional cannot be a member of the hiring group. The rule is checked before payment.

7.5. If self-hiring is identified after payment — because the CPF of whoever paid is the same as the CPF of the professional —, the hire is reversed: the full amount is refunded to whoever paid and the vacancy is reopened. The hire is not honored.

7.6. Besides the case above, a system routine reverses the hire and refunds the full amount, with no human intervention, when: the payment is made with a PIX code that had already been replaced by another one; the payment arrives after the hire has expired; or the same professional is paid twice — by the same group or by different groups — for times less than 3 hours apart. In this last case, the payment confirmed first is the one that stands, and the other is refunded in full.

8. THE CHEGA+ COMMISSION

This is the most important section of this document for both sides. Read it carefully.

8.1. The commission is taken from the professional, not added to the group. The amount agreed in the hire is split into two parts: one part goes to the professional and the other is the Chega+ commission. Added together, the two parts are exactly the agreed amount.

If you hire: you pay exactly the agreed amount. The commission is never added to your payment, under any circumstances. If you are the professional: the commission comes out of your part. What you receive is the agreed amount minus the commission.

8.2. The amounts in reais are recorded in the hire. At the moment the hire is created — when the administrator sends the direct proposal, or when the administrator chooses an applicant from a published vacancy —, the system calculates and records, in that hire, how much the commission is in reais and how much the professional's part is in reais. These are the two numbers that the payment uses, that your Wallet shows, and that apply whenever the hire is settled at the full amount: service delivered and amount approved, a 100% refund, or cancellation by the group less than 4 hours before (clause 12.5). For partial outcomes, read clause 8.9.

8.3. When the rate is set. The applicable rate is the one in force at the moment the hire is created (sending the direct proposal or choosing the applicant) — that is the rate that produces the amounts in reais of clause 8.2. The amounts shown on a vacancy that is still open, on the board or in Mercado da Bola, are estimates calculated at the time you look at them, and they can change until the hire exists. The number that counts is always the one shown in the hire itself.

8.4. The rate is not written in this document — it is in the app. The commission in force for each hire is shown:

Before you commit, you see the rate and the net amount. Three points matter:

8.5. The rate can change over time. Chega+ may change it, and the change applies only to hires created after it (clauses 8.3 and 8.10). Today the rate is the same for every hire: there is no different rate per group, per group plan or per promotion. The applicable rate is always the one shown on the hire screen, and it is the rate that produces the amounts in reais of clause 8.2.

8.6. A lower commission, or zero commission, benefits the professional — it does not make the hire cheaper. Because the commission is a split of the agreed amount, and not an addition to it, lowering the rate does not lower what the group pays: the group pays the same agreed amount either way. What changes is how much is left for the professional, which goes up.

8.7. Zero commission is not zero deduction. Even if the commission for a hire is 0%, the professional still pays the fixed transfer fee described in clause 10.5, which is charged by the payment institution and is independent of the commission.

8.8. What the commission pays for. The commission pays for the intermediation as a whole: the platform, payment processing, holding the amount until approval, the dispute channel and the payout. In this operation, it is Chega+ that answers to the payment institution for the cost of processing the charge and for chargebacks on it.

8.9. Partial outcomes — read this before you cancel. In two cases the amount is not settled in full: cancellation by the group between 4 and 24 hours before (clause 12.2) and a dispute resolved as “split” (clause 14.7). In these two cases, the professional's part and the commission are calculated on the amount that was held — half of it —, at the moment of the outcome, and not on the full amount. If the rate recorded in the hire is different from the rate in force on the date of the cancellation or of the decision, the lower of the two always applies — the one that leaves more for the professional. If the calculation made by the app applies the higher one, the difference is returned to the professional by support (section 23), without the professional having to ask twice. The same rule of the lower of the two rates applies to cancellation by the group less than 4 hours before (12.5), if the rate recorded in the hire and the rate in force on the date of the cancellation differ. Two things never change: the group pays nothing beyond the agreed amount, and the sum of what goes back to whoever paid, what goes to the professional and the commission is always exactly the amount paid.

8.10. Rate changes do not apply retroactively to the agreed amount. No hire that has already been created has its agreed amount changed, and the amounts in reais recorded in it (8.2) remain the ones that apply to the payment and to settlement in full. For partial outcomes, clause 8.9 applies.

8.11. All amounts are calculated in whole cents, with rounding at the cent. The amounts shown in the app are the amounts actually applied.

9. HOLDING AND APPROVAL OF THE AMOUNT

9.1. When the payment is confirmed, the amount does not go straight into the professional's hands. It is held.

9.2. Where the money sits. The money sits at the payment institution, in the professional's own payout account, with transfers blocked. Chega+ does not keep other people's money in its own account: it simply does not authorize the transfer until the amount is approved. The Chega+ commission is separated at the same moment as the payment. Wherever any screen in the app says that the amount “is held by Chega+”, this means held in the payment arrangement described in this clause.

9.3. Automatic approval in 48 hours. If no dispute is opened, a system routine approves the amount 48 hours after the END of the match. When the match has no end time registered, the start time plus 2 hours is used, and the 48-hour count starts from there.

9.4. This deadline follows the match time. It is recorded in the hire when the PIX code is generated, and it is recalculated whenever a new code is generated and whenever a reschedule is accepted by the professional — because it is anchored to the end of the match, which moves with it (clause 13.7). A future change to the 48-hour policy does not change hires that have already been paid.

9.5. Early approval by whoever hires. If you hire, you can approve earlier, using the button that completes the hire, from the start time of the match onwards. Warning: approving early ends the dispute flow inside the app for that hire (section 14) and it cannot be undone. Early approval is not available while the hire is under manual review by Chega+ (clause 9.9) — in that case the button is refused and the outcome depends on the review. As in 14.2, this ends the automatic flow, not your rights: if you later find that the service was not delivered, clause 14.10 applies in full.

9.6. Approving is not paying. Approval only releases the amount for the next payout cycle. The money leaves on the date described in section 10, not at the moment of approval.

9.7. Professionals with fewer than 3 hires already settled. Until you have 3 hires already settled, automatic approval after 48 hours only happens if there is attendance confirmation for that match — either one of the two is enough: your check-in (section 11) or the attendance marked by the administrator. Without either of them, the amount stays held. These are hires, not payouts: because the payout is monthly and aggregated (clause 10.1), a single deposit that covers three jobs already meets this limit. Cancellation payments do not count towards this total.

9.8. A hire held under these conditions, with no attendance confirmation and no dispute, goes to manual review by Chega+ 5 days after the expected approval date. From then on it leaves the automatic flow: it is neither released nor refunded on its own, and it depends on a decision by Chega+.

9.9. Manual review. A hire marked for manual review leaves the payout cycle until the review is finished. An open dispute that has not yet been resolved also keeps the amount out of the cycle. Chega+ commits to finish the review and inform you of the result through the app within a reasonable period, no longer than 15 (fifteen) days counted from the moment it is flagged, unless it depends on information that you have not sent yet.

10. WHEN AND HOW THE PROFESSIONAL GETS PAID (THE PROFESSIONAL'S SIDE)

10.1. The payout is monthly and aggregated, not per job. All approved amounts are added up and transferred at once, in a single payout per month. This exists to spread out the fixed fee of clause 10.5, which would be charged on each job if the payout were individual.

10.2. Payout date: the 5th of each month. If the 5th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the payout is made on the next business day. Dates are calculated in Brasília time. Brazilian national holidays are not taken into account in this calculation, so the expected date can be optimistic in months with a holiday.

10.3. Minimum amount: R$ 50,00 of gross balance. If, on the payout date, your approved balance is lower than R$ 50,00 (gross amount, before the fee), the payout does not happen and the balance carries over to the next month.

10.4. The balance is not stuck indefinitely — with one exception. After 3 consecutive cycles skipped because of insufficient balance, the next payout is made even below R$ 50,00. In practice, the maximum wait is about four months. The exception: if your gross balance is equal to or lower than the fee of clause 10.5, the transfer is mathematically impossible — there would be nothing left to transfer — and for that reason it does not happen, not even after 3 cycles. In that case the balance stays recorded in your Wallet and is transferred again as soon as new jobs take it above the fee. If you want to close your profile with a residual balance in this range, contact support (section 23): Chega+ will arrange payment by whatever means is possible, at no cost to you.

10.5. Transfer fee: R$ 3,67, paid by the professional. This is a fixed fee charged by the payment institution on each transfer, debited from your balance. It is charged once per payout, and not once per job, and it appears identified in your wallet statement, separate from the commission. It is not shown on the vacancy or on the proposal: the net amount you see before accepting a job is the agreed amount minus the commission, without this deduction. It is the payment institution's current fee; if the fee changes, the amount applied is the one in force and it is shown in your Wallet.

10.6. Time for the money to reach the bank: about 2 business days after the transfer is issued. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — Brazilian national holidays are not included in this calculation.

10.7. There is no withdrawal. You cannot ask for the money earlier. There is no withdrawal, cash-out or advance button. The monthly transfer is the only way.

10.8. What can block your deposit. The reasons shown in your Wallet are:

Beyond these, a specific hire may appear as “Under review”: this does not block your deposit, but that amount stays out of the cycle until the review is finished (clause 9.9). This is what happens, among other cases, with your part in a cancellation by the group while you have fewer than 3 hires already settled (clause 12.5.1).

10.9. If a block is not resolved. If the identity check is definitively refused, if the payout account does not exist, or if the payment institution cannot complete a payout, the amount stays held and leaves the automatic flow: it is neither released nor refunded on its own and it depends on a decision by Chega+, within the period of clause 9.9. The way forward is support (section 23). Chega+ never keeps this amount for itself, under any circumstances.

10.10. To sum up the real timeline: approval happens 48 hours after the end of the match, but the money leaves in the monthly cycle. Between the match and the money reaching the bank it can take about 35 days. Any information to the contrary does not override this clause.

11. CHECK-IN AND ATTENDANCE CONFIRMATION

11.1. If you are the professional: you can register “I've arrived” in the app starting 2 hours before the match begins, and while the amount of that hire is still held. Three things end this possibility: the automatic approval after 48 hours, the early approval made by whoever hires, and — the most important one — the opening of a dispute. Since the check-in is exactly what reduces the penalty of a dispute (clause 16.1), register it on the day of the match: once the dispute is open, it is no longer possible.

11.2. The check-in is not mandatory, but it protects you in three concrete situations:

11.3. If you hire: the professional's attendance can be confirmed in the app. For Goalkeeper and Line player, this happens when they are marked as present in the match, on the match screen — which, depending on your group's settings, can be done by any member allowed to run the live match, not only by an administrator. For Referee and Barbecuer, attendance is marked on the hire itself, and only a group administrator can do it.

11.4. Confirming attendance is not an obligation of whoever hires, but the lack of confirmation has an effect on the professional. Besides the holding of the amount of a professional with fewer than 3 settled hires (clause 9.7) and the manual review of clause 9.8, a completed job with neither of the two confirmations — no check-in by the professional and no attendance mark — is recorded as an absence in the professional's public attendance rate (“X of Y”, clause 17.7) and lowers them in the ordering of the applicant list (clause 17.11). For this reason, if the professional showed up, confirm it.

11.5. Marking and unmarking have different windows. Removing an attendance confirmation is only possible while the hire is paid: once the hire is approved (section 9), the confirmation can no longer be removed — even if the payout to the professional only happens weeks later, in the monthly cycle. Marking a forgotten attendance, on the other hand, remains possible after the approval, while the review window is open: this is what allows you to unlock the payout of a new professional whose attendance had not been confirmed. One exception applies to both sides: once a dispute is open (section 14), attendance can no longer be marked or removed, and the professional's check-in is also blocked. The two proofs of attendance are frozen as they were at the moment the dispute was opened, and the outcome now depends on section 14.

11.6. If the match is rescheduled and the professional accepts the new date, the previous check-in is erased — it referred to the old date — and has to be done again. The confirmation made by the administrator is preserved.

12. CANCELLATION

12.1. The cancellation rules are shown in the app, on the vacancy and on the hire, before either side commits. They apply from the moment the hire is paid.

12.1.1. Right of withdrawal (art. 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code)). Since the hire is made through an app, if you hire you have, in addition to these rules, the legal right to give up within 7 (seven) calendar days counted from the payment or from the start of the service, whichever happens last, with a refund of what you paid. The bands in the table below describe what the app does on its own and do not remove that right: if it applies to your case and the app has already placed the cancellation in a less favorable band, contact support (section 23) and Chega+ will arrange the refund due.

12.2. Cancellation table — the deadlines are counted up to the start of the match:

Who cancelsWhenRefunded to whoever paidThe professional receivesPenalty
Professional24 hours or more before100%, including the commissionnothingno
Professionalless than 24 hours before100%, including the commissionnothingyes — 1 strike for the professional (16.1)
Professionalhire not yet paidnothing to refundnothingno
Group24 hours or more before100%, including the commissionnothingno
Groupbetween 4 and 24 hours before50%their share of the half that is heldyes — late cancellation against the group (16.5)
Groupless than 4 hours beforenothingtheir share of the full amountyes — late cancellation against the group (16.5)

The Penalty column shows who takes the record: the strike belongs to the professional (16.1); the late cancellation belongs to the group (16.5). Every cancellation by the group of an already paid hire with less than 24 hours to go — the last two bands — records a late cancellation against the group, and three of these records within 90 days trigger the penalty of clause 16.5.

12.2.1. What is held is a contractual penalty — and a penalty can be reduced. What is not refunded in the last two bands is not payment for a service delivered: it is compensation, agreed in advance, for the time slot the professional set aside and could no longer sell. Like any penalty clause, it can be reduced when it is clearly excessive or when the match did not happen for a reason outside your control — rain, the pitch being closed, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure (art. 51, IV and § 1º, III, of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor; art. 413 of the Código Civil (Brazilian Civil Code)). The app applies the table on its own and does not know the reason. If this is your case, contact support (section 23): Chega+ will review it within the time frame of clause 9.9 and may refund, in full or in part, including our commission. The same applies when the match is deleted (12.8).

12.3. In cases of a 100% refund, the commission also goes back. Chega+ keeps nothing.

12.4. In a cancellation by the group between 4 and 24 hours, the half that is refunded is rounded in favor of whoever paid: in an amount with an odd number of cents, the extra cent goes to the payer. The half that is held is split between the professional and the commission according to clause 8.9.

12.5. In a cancellation by the group with less than 4 hours to go, the professional receives their share and Chega+ keeps the commission, exactly as if the service had been delivered.

12.5.1. If you are the professional and have fewer than 3 hires already settled: your share in a cancellation by the group is not released automatically. Since the match did not happen, there is no check-in or attendance confirmation that could prove it, so the amount goes through manual review by Chega+ (clause 9.9) before entering the payout cycle. It is not lost and it is not held for good: Chega+ finishes the review within the time frame of clause 9.9 and the amount enters the next cycle.

12.6. If you are the professional: you cannot cancel after the match has started. The app refuses the operation.

12.7. If you hire: you can cancel after the match has started, and the system accepts it — but the cancellation falls into the band of less than 4 hours: no refund, and the professional receives their share.

⚠️ ATTENTION — do not use cancellation if the professional did not show up. Canceling an already paid hire ends the dispute flow of that hire inside the app (section 14), releases the professional's share and also records a late cancellation against the group when there are less than 24 hours to the match, counting toward the penalty of clause 16.5. If the professional did not show up or the service was not delivered, the correct path is to OPEN A DISPUTE (section 14), not to cancel.

12.8. Deleting the match moves the money like a cancellation. If the administrator deletes the event, every paid hire of that match goes through the same bands of the table above, with the same deadlines and the same refunds. Hires that have not been paid yet are canceled with no money movement. Deleting the match with less than 4 hours to go, therefore, refunds nothing to the group — except for the review of clause 12.2.1, which is the path when the match fell through because of rain, the pitch being closed or another reason outside your control. The only difference: deleting the match does not count as a late cancellation for the limit of clause 16.5. Deleting the match in order to avoid the late cancellation record is misuse of the platform and allows the measures of clause 16.6.

12.9. Notification and reopening of the vacancy. In every case, the other side is notified — the professional when the group cancels, the administrator when the professional cancels. As for the vacancy: if the hire came from a published vacancy and there is still more than 1 hour to the start of the match, the vacancy goes back to the board and can receive new applicants; with less than 1 hour to go, the vacancy is no longer shown and can no longer be hired. A hire that came from a direct proposal has no vacancy attached — there is nothing to reopen. And deleting the match (12.8) closes the vacancies of that game for good.

12.10. No cancellation creates or destroys money: the sum of what is refunded, what goes to the professional and the commission is always equal to the amount paid.

12.11. Deleting the group. While there is an open hire — proposal, awaiting payment, paid, in dispute, or already completed with the amount not yet paid out — the group cannot be deleted and the last member cannot leave it. Settle the hires first.

13. RESCHEDULING THE MATCH

13.1. If the administrator changes the start time of the match, every hire already paid becomes pending confirmation by the professional. The change does not stand on its own.

13.2. While the confirmation is pending: nothing is moved, the automatic approval after 48 hours is suspended and the check-in is blocked.

13.3. If the professional declines the new date: a 100% refund to whoever paid, with no strike, and the vacancy is reopened.

13.4. If the professional accepts but the new date conflicts with another job they have already taken on, with less than 3 hours between them, the hire is also canceled with a 100% refund and with no strike.

13.5. If the administrator moves the match back to the original date, the confirmation request is canceled.

13.6. There is no deadline for the professional to answer a reschedule. While they do not answer, the amount stays held and the automatic approval stays suspended.

In the meantime, if you hire, you can still cancel. The cancellation is measured against the NEW date of the match — the one you have just saved — and not against the original date: if there are still 24 hours or more to the new date, the refund is 100%; between 4 and 24 hours, 50%; with less than 4 hours, none. The table of clause 12.2 applies normally.

13.7. What changes when the professional accepts. Once the new date is accepted, the 48-hour period of clause 9.3 starts counting from the end of the new date, and the period to open a dispute of clause 14.2 follows this new period. The previous check-in is erased (clause 11.6).

14. DISPUTES AND NO-SHOWS

14.1. Who can open one. Only the administrator of the hiring group can open a dispute inside the app. The professional has no way to open a dispute: their defense is the contest in clause 14.4.

14.2. When it can be opened. While the hire is paid and within the 48 hours counted from the end of the match (clause 9.3). Attention: this is the only deadline that counts. It runs even in the situations where the amount stays held after those 48 hours — for example, when the professional does not yet have 3 settled hires and there was no attendance confirmation (clause 9.7). Once the deadline has passed, the app refuses to open a dispute even if the money has not been approved, and clause 14.10 applies.

14.3. The reason offered in the app is the professional's no-show. A description of up to 2,000 characters can be added.

14.4. Contest. Once the dispute is open, the professional has 24 hours, counted from the opening, to contest it, with a description of up to 2,000 characters. After that deadline the app refuses the contest.

14.5. Automatic resolution — the only one there is. A no-show dispute that is not contested within 24 hours is resolved by a system routine, with a 100% refund of the amount to whoever paid, plus a strike applied to the professional (section 16).

14.5.1. If you are the professional: you are told that the dispute was opened through a notification in the app, but Chega+ does not guarantee delivery of that notification. Missing the 24 hours ends the contest inside the app — it does not end your rights. If you showed up and delivered the service, contact support (section 23) even after the deadline: Chega+ will review the case, within the time in clause 9.9, and, if the payment is owed to you, will reactivate your profile immediately and arrange it. An honest caveat: today the app does not delete the strike record, nor the no-show already recorded in your public attendance rate (17.7) — it only lifts the suspension or the ban. While this is the case, Chega+ commits to disregard that strike for all purposes of clause 16.2 and to reverse, by the same route and without you having to ask again, any suspension or ban that it may cause in the following 90 days. The legal time limits for you to complain remain fully in force.

14.6. A contested dispute is never resolved automatically. It waits for a review by Chega+, which commits to finish it and report the result through the app within a reasonable time, no longer than 15 (fifteen) days counted from the contest.

14.7. Possible results of a review by Chega+. There are exactly three:

ResultRefunded to whoever paidThe professional receives
Releasenothingtheir share of the full amount
Refund100% of the amountnothing
Split50% of the amounttheir share of the half that is held (clause 8.9)

Transparency about our own interest. You should know that the result affects Chega+: in “refund”, the commission goes back in full together with the amount and Chega+ receives nothing; in “release” and in “split”, Chega+ keeps the matching commission. Chega+ commits to decide based only on the descriptions and on the records of the hire (check-in, attendance confirmation, history), to state the reason for the decision in writing, and recognizes that this decision does not bind you: it is not arbitration, it does not replace and does not prevent going to support, to consumer protection agencies or to the courts.

There is no other percentage and there is no appeal level inside the app — which does not stop you from taking the case to support (section 23) or to consumer protection agencies.

14.8. Precautionary suspension. When a professional is the target of a second no-show dispute opened by different groups within 90 days, they are precautionarily suspended for up to 30 days, immediately and before any review.

⚠️ Attention — this suspension interacts with the penalty ladder in clause 16.2. Today the system records the precautionary suspension in the same place where it records the punitive suspension. In practice this means that, while it is active, a strike applied by any other hire leads to a permanent ban, in the same way as if you were already serving a suspension decided on the merits. If this happens and the dispute that caused the precautionary suspension is later decided in your favor, ask support for a review: the ban will be reversed.

About this measure:

14.9. Opening a dispute with no reason has a cost. See clause 16.5.

14.10. After the dispute window closes. Once the 48 hours have passed — whether the amount was approved or not —, the app no longer offers the button to open a dispute. This ends the automatic flow — it does not end your rights. If the professional did not show up or the service was not delivered, contact support (section 23): Chega+ will review the case and, if the refund is owed to you, will arrange it. The time limits in the Código de Defesa do Consumidor for complaining about defective service remain fully in force, regardless of the deadline in this section. That is why paying attention to clauses 14.2 and 9.5 matters — they describe what is resolved automatically, not the limit of what you can claim.

15. REFUNDS

15.1. Every refund is made as a cancellation of the original PIX charge, at the payment institution. The money goes back by the same route, to whoever paid.

15.2. Refunds are recorded and processed by system routines that run periodically. They are not instant.

15.3. Chega+ does not guarantee how long the refund takes to be credited to the account of whoever paid. What Chega+ controls is sending the cancellation and getting it confirmed by the payment institution; the bank settlement time does not depend on Chega+.

15.4. A refund that is not confirmed within 24 hours counted from the first attempt stops being retried automatically — a new attempt would be a second real refund — and moves to manual review by Chega+, within the time in clause 9.9.

15.5. The hire starts showing as refunded as soon as the refund is recorded by Chega+ — which happens before the payment institution confirms the return. The confirmation and the credit in the account of whoever paid come later, within the time in clause 15.3. If a recorded refund is not confirmed, clause 15.4 applies: it moves to manual review by Chega+, and the refund is still due.

16. STRIKES, SUSPENSION AND BAN

16.1. Strikes for the professional. A strike is a dated record on your profile. It is applied in two situations, and only in those:

Canceling a hire that is not yet paid, or canceling a paid hire 24 hours or more in advance, does not generate a strike.

16.2. Penalty ladder:

16.3. Since an uncontested no-show without check-in counts as 2 strikes at once, it alone already produces the 30-day suspension.

16.4. What the suspension means in practice. While you are suspended or banned, you do not appear in searches, you cannot apply to vacancies, you cannot receive a direct proposal and you cannot be hired. Suspension and ban affect only new jobs: amounts from hires that are already completed and approved keep being paid out normally, through the cycle in section 10. Chega+ does not hold, does not confiscate and does not keep for itself any amount already approved because of a strike, a suspension or a ban — including in the precautionary suspension in clause 14.8. You cannot reverse a suspension through the app: only Chega+ can reactivate a profile, and the request is made through support (section 23), with an answer within 5 (five) business days.

How you find out. Today the app does not send a notification about a strike, a suspension or a ban — neither the automatic ones in clause 16.2, nor the measure in clause 16.6. What it starts showing is the state of your work profile and, in the case of a suspension, until when; you may find out about the measure only when you open the app. Chega+ commits to tell you the reason through support (section 23) whenever you ask and, when the measure is a suspension or a ban, to review the case even without a request from you, within the time in clause 9.9.

16.5. Penalties for the hiring group. The hiring side is also accountable:

16.6. Chega+ may suspend or remove from the marketplace, at any time, accounts involved in fraud, misuse of the platform, attempts to get around the rules of these Terms or breaking the law — including when the conduct is not covered by the automatic rules above. The measure always has a stated reason and Chega+ will tell you the reason through support (section 23) — today without a notification inside the app, as described in clause 16.4 —, and it can be reviewed, within the time in clause 16.4. Clause 16.4 also applies here: amounts already approved keep being paid out to you through the cycle in section 10. If Chega+ needs to hold any amount because of a well-founded suspicion of fraud, it will state in writing the reason and the amount held and will finish the review within the time in clause 9.9 — there is no holding for an indefinite period and Chega+ does not keep the amount for itself.

17. REVIEWS

17.1. After the hire is completed, each side can rate the other.

17.2. Seven days — of secrecy AND of deadline. For 7 days counted from completion, neither side sees what the other sent — only whether the other side has sent something or not. After that, the reviews are published. These 7 days are also the deadline to rate: once the deadline has passed, the app refuses the review and the hire is published with whatever ratings exist — or with none. And if both sides rate before that, publication happens right away and the window closes for both.

17.3. A review is published even if only one side rates. There is no mandatory reciprocity.

17.4. If you hire: you give three ratings from 1 to 5, specific to the role hired (for example, punctuality, performance and conduct for a Goalkeeper), and you can write a free-text comment. These are the reviews that are public on the professional's profile.

17.5. If you are the professional: you give a single rating from 1 to 5 to the group, with no comment. Today this rating is recorded and used only internally by Chega+ to monitor groups: it is not published and it does not appear either to the group or to other users.

17.6. Reviews cannot be edited or deleted by the person who wrote them. Once sent, a review is final both for its author and for the person rated: there is no correction, no deletion and no change of mind. Chega+ may hide a comment in the cases in clause 17.9.

17.7. The professional's profile is public inside the app. Anyone logged in to Chega+ sees your display name, photo, age, neighborhood, bio, the services you offer with the reference price and estimated net amount, ratings by service and by criterion, the number of completed jobs, your attendance rate shown as “X of Y” next to the number of recorded no-shows, the date you created the profile, the Identity verified badge, the Player Partner badge when applicable, and the comments written about you. Not shown are your CPF, your address, your coordinates, your bank details or the individual record of your strikes.

17.8. Fighting rating manipulation. Chega+ may leave reviews out of the average calculation to prevent manipulation. Today:

17.9. Reporting a review. The professional can report a comment they received. The report records the description for Chega+, which will review the case and answer through the app within 5 (five) business days. Chega+ will remove the comment when it contains insult, discrimination, threat, personal data of yours (phone, address, CPF) or a statement that is provably false about a fact that can be checked in the records of the hire. In the other cases, Chega+ does not commit to removing the comment — the review may conclude that it should stay, and the decision will be reported with its reason.

17.10. A low rating does not suspend you automatically. A low average does not generate a suspension or a removal by the system. It affects your position in searches and may lead to a review by Chega+.

17.11. The ordering depends on the screen.

None of these orders is a judgment by Chega+ about anyone's competence.

17.12. Player Partner: early access to vacancies. A newly published vacancy is visible, for the first 30 minutes, only to professionals who are active Player Partners, and the nearby vacancy alert is sent to them in that same period. Those who are not Player Partners see only the count of vacancies still hidden; after the 30 minutes, the vacancy appears and the alert is sent to all the other eligible professionals. This is a benefit of the Player Partner subscription, governed by the Chega+ Terms of Use. It does not change any rule about hiring, commission, deadlines or payment in this document.

18. TAXES AND TAX INVOICE (NOTA FISCAL)

18.1. Chega+ only intermediates the payment. It does not issue a Brazilian tax invoice (nota fiscal) for the service provided by the professional and does not withhold taxes on that service.

18.2. If you are the professional: you are registered as an individual (CPF) and you are responsible for your own taxes. Declaring this income is your responsibility.

18.3. If you hire: the professional acts as an individual (CPF) and is responsible for their own taxes. If you need a receipt, arrange it directly with them.

18.4. These Terms do not give either party any obligation to issue a fiscal document on behalf of the other.

19. PERSONAL DATA

19.1. The processing of personal data on Chega+ is governed by the Privacy Policy, available inside the app and at https://www.chegamaisapp.com/legal/privacidade. This section describes only what is specific to hiring professionals.

19.2. CPF. Hiring professionals is the only point in Chega+ that collects a CPF, because the payment institution requires it.

19.3. Bank details. The professional's bank account is not stored by Chega+ at any moment. It is sent directly to the payment institution, both at registration and at each correction.

19.4. Data sent to the payment institution — and what stays with Chega+. Legal name, CPF, monthly income, occupation and the address given in the payout registration are forwarded to the payment institution and are not stored by Chega+ — of that registration, only the identifier of your account there and the cryptographic hash of your CPF (19.2) remain. Your date of birth, on the other hand, is part of your Chega+ account and stays stored, like any other profile data, as described in the Privacy Policy; it is what the app uses to show your age on your public profile (17.7). The reference address, the city, the state and the neighborhood of your work profile are also stored (19.7).

19.5. Liveness check. The biometric check is done entirely by the payment institution, in its own environment. No biometric data reaches the Chega+ servers.

19.6. Third parties that receive data. In this operation, your data is shared with: Pagar.me, the payment institution; and Google, when the professional saves their working area — the coordinates given are sent to Google's geolocation service to identify the neighborhood.

19.7. Location. The professional registers a working location and a radius (5, 10, 25 or 50 km). What is stored is the location, the radius, the reference address chosen, the city, the state and the neighborhood resolved from the coordinates — this last one is shown on your public profile. All of them are used to offer nearby vacancies. On the discovery screen, the device location is used on each query and is not stored, and the distance is shown only in approximate ranges.

19.8. Match location. The meeting point written by the administrator and the full address of the pitch do not appear in the vacancy list. They are shown in the vacancy details to verified professionals who are not members of the group, before the hire — this is needed so the professional can decide whether they can get there. The address is also released to both sides after payment (clause 6.6).

19.9. Contacts. The mutual WhatsApp exchange after payment (clause 6.6) cannot be turned off.

19.10. Group financial record. The professional's name is posted to the hiring group's finances, in the expense and in any refund, and it stays in that group's financial history.

19.11. Retention. The records of hires, professional profiles, vacancies and payouts have no automatic expiry date: they are kept for as long as the account exists and for as long as needed to meet legal, financial and tax obligations and to defend rights.

19.12. Account deletion — what it does NOT do. Deleting your Chega+ account does not erase the records of hires, the professional profile or the financial entries in the groups, for the reasons in clause 19.11. Beyond that, and just as important:

If you have an active hire or a balance to receive, sort it out before deleting your account — after deletion the only way is support (section 23). One protection exists and it is partial: if you are the last member of a group that still has an open hire, account deletion is refused until those hires are resolved (clause 12.11).

19.13. Requests about personal data must be made through the channels in section 23 and are handled according to the Privacy Policy.

19.14. Security. Sensitive data — CPF, bank details, date of birth and phone number — are left out of the Chega+ technical logs.

20. RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITS

20.1. The hiring group and the professional are the ones responsible for the service hired: showing up, time, conduct, quality, conditions of the place and whatever happens during the match.

20.2. Chega+ is not a party to the service contract and is not responsible for its performance. Attendance, quality, conduct, delays, arguments, damage and injuries that happen during the match are the responsibility of whoever hires and of the professional — always without affecting clause 20.3 and the responsibility that the law assigns to Chega+ because it acts as a paid intermediary.

20.3. Chega+ is responsible, under the law, for defects in the service that IT provides: processing the payment, holding the amount in escrow until approval, applying the rules in this document, the dispute channel, the refunds and the payout. No clause in this document removes, reduces or transfers the responsibility of Chega+ under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.

20.4. If you hire: you declare that you are an administrator of the group, that you have the power to hire on its behalf and that you take on the payment.

20.5. If you are the professional: you declare that the information in your registration is true, that the bank account is yours, and that you are able to provide the service hired.

20.6. The parties agree to treat each other with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud or trying to arrange payment outside the app to get around these Terms allow Chega+ to apply the measures in clause 16.6.

21. SUSPENSION OR SHUTDOWN OF THE MARKETPLACE

21.1. Chega+ may, at any time, suspend or shut down the hiring of professionals in the app, either completely or for certain groups.

21.2. In that case, only new hires are blocked: publishing a vacancy, editing a published vacancy, applying, sending a direct proposal, accepting a proposal, hiring and paying. Canceling a vacancy remains possible.

21.3. The hires already made keep working normally: consulting them, cancellation by both sides, opening and contesting a dispute, check-in, attendance confirmation, completion, approval, refunds and payouts. A suspension of the service does not leave money stuck and does not prevent the exercise of the rights in sections 12, 14 and 15.

22. CHANGES TO OUR INTERMEDIATION TERMS

22.1. Chega+ may change these Terms. The version in force is always the one shown inside the app — in the link to read the terms, on the payment screen, and in “View intermediation terms”, in the work profile —, with the update date at the top. The app shows the text in your language and, when there is no version in it, in English and then in Portuguese. The Portuguese version is the one that prevails.

22.2. The two version numbers, and what was in force before this publication. This document has two independent version numbers, one for each role — one for whoever hires and one for the professional. They are at the top of this page and they are different for historical record-keeping reasons: they do not indicate different documents; this is the same text for both sides. Important: the acceptances recorded before the effective date above were collected when this text was not yet published. They do not count as agreement with this text — they prove only that the person accepted the intermediation terms as they existed then. If you hire, agreement with this text starts being collected at your next hire, in the form of clause 22.4. If you are the professional, the app does not ask for a new acceptance because of this publication, for the reason explained in clause 22.3.1 — and the consequence is that Chega+ does not invoke against you an earlier acceptance as though it were agreement with this text.

22.3. Changing the version of one of the roles does not invalidate the acceptance of the other.

22.3.1. What happens to whoever has already accepted. The app records the professional’s acceptance as version 2, and this document is published with that same number. In practice that means whoever already had an acceptance recorded is not asked again inside the app: the earlier record stays as it is. We would rather say so than claim a re-consultation that does not happen. The text in force is available at any time in the app, and the earlier acceptance waives none of your rights — if you disagree with anything here, talk to us through the channels in section 23, and you may close your work profile as set out in clause 20. The version of whoever hires stays at 1 because, on that side, acceptance is collected at each hire (clause 2.4) — that is, the first hire made after this publication already collects the agreement with this text.

22.4. If you hire: your acceptance is recorded at each hire, at the moment the PIX code is generated. When a new version is published, the app asks for your acceptance again at the next hire, before generating the payment. A hire for which no PIX code was generated has no acceptance recorded.

22.5. If you are the professional: your acceptance is recorded on your profile. When a new version is published, the actions of updating your registration data with the payment institution and of correcting your bank account become unavailable until you accept the new version in the app — you may need to update the app for the acceptance option to appear. On the other hand: not accepting does not cancel hires in progress, does not stop you from being hired, does not block your check-in and does not affect amounts already approved.

22.6. Changes do not apply retroactively to the money of hires already created: the agreed amount and the amounts in reais recorded in the hire (clauses 8.2 and 8.10) and the approval deadline recorded in the hire (clause 9.4) remain valid. As for the cancellation windows (12.2) and the contest deadline (14.4), the app applies the rules in force at the moment of the cancellation or of the dispute — they are not frozen in the hire. Chega+ undertakes never to apply to a hire already paid a change that reduces the refund owed to whoever paid or shortens the professional's deadline to defend themselves: in those cases the rule in force when the hire was paid applies. The caveat about partial outcomes is in clause 8.9.

22.7. There is no tacit acceptance. No change to this text becomes your agreement without a new recorded acceptance, and no change alters what was already agreed in an existing hire (22.6). There is an honest limit to this, and it is explained below: the operational rules that the app runs — cancellation bands, contest deadline, penalties — are the same for everyone, because the app does not run two versions at the same time. When a new version is published, the app asks for your acceptance before the next hire (if you hire) or before the actions in clause 22.5 (if you are the professional). Continuing to use the app, by itself, does not mean agreement with a new text.

If you are the professional, an honest caveat: until you accept, you can keep working and getting paid normally — but the app applies a single set of operational rules, the one of the version in force. There is no execution per version: cancellation band, contest deadline and penalties are the same for everyone. So, if you do not agree with the new version, do not accept new jobs (clause 22.8). No change, however, alters the agreed amount, the amounts in reais already recorded or the deadlines already stamped in an existing hire (22.6), and Chega+ does not apply to hires already paid any change that reduces your refund or shortens your deadline to defend yourself.

22.8. If you do not agree with a new version, do not complete new hires and, if you are a professional, deactivate your work profile respecting clause 4.7.

23. CONTACT US

23.1. For any question or problem with a hire — payment, refund, dispute, payout, suspension —, talk to us through “Contact us” inside the app or through the support WhatsApp: +55 21 4121-2456. If you open the conversation from the hire screen, its details go with it and support is faster.

23.2. Contact by e-mail: suporte@chegamaisapp.com. Business contact: vinicius@chegamaisapp.com.

23.3. You can also turn to consumer protection agencies and to the official dispute resolution platforms, at any time, regardless of the channels above.

23.4. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the consumer's place of residence are chosen to settle any dispute, without excluding others provided by law.
